I was appointed executor…
I was appointed executor for the estate of a deceased relative. I live in a different state, hundreds of miles away. Rachael handled all aspects of preparing the property for sale. It was in bad shape and the transformation was amazing. The property sold in one day for $20, 000 above asking price. Her contacts for repairs and improvements did excellent work at very reasonable prices. Communication was excellent as well. I cannot imagine a long-distance real estate transaction going any smoother.

Have used Rachael twice in the past. Service was excellent, local knowledge was excellent, assistance was excellent, willingness to help out with local while I was located out of state was indispensable.
